Forensic Science Commission Determines Science Used to Convict ITX Client was "Egregiously Wrong"

The Texas Forensic Science Commission has now formally determined the bloodstain analysis used to convict Joe was "not accurate" and in fact "egregiously wrong." Said one expert, "If any juror relied on any part of [the bloodstain pattern testimony] to render a verdict, Mr. Bryan deserves a new trial."
